Dear participant,The city of Copenhagen welcomes you to the IOC congress. We hope you’ll have some great days in our wonderful city. 2009 is the Year of Sport in Denmark. Earlier this summer Copenhagen hosted the Outgames. And just a few weeks ago, in August, the street sport-festival "Copenhagen Moves" claimed the streets. In October it’s all about the IOC congress. In Copenhagen we would like to involve our citizens and our visitors in the exciting activities surrounding the IOC. I will participate in many of them and hope that you will join me to as many events as possible. These activities include:
